stick n puck
Stick N Puck is a time for no pressure hockey and individual practice. There is NO Coach overseeing the ice surface.
It is a great time for stick handling and shooting. Sessions are used as a guide, so the skater is aware of the level of others around them. Depending on the number of attendees, sessions may turn into a scrimmage or pick up game, but that's not a guarantee.
A parent or guardian must register their skater and agree to the facility procedures for the Stick N Puck guidelines.
Helmets and gloves are required for adults. Skaters under the age of 18 must have face mask or cage on their helmets. Full equipment is recommended.
Pucks, Sticks, Skates and other equipment are not provided.
