Welcome to Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center

Located just a quarter mile from Route 290 at exit 14 and within 10 minutes of downtown Worcester, the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center (WIC) is a premier 110,000-square-foot recreational facility serving athletes of all ages in 2025. This state-of-the-art, twin-rink complex continues to be a hub for hockey, figure skating, and community events in Central Massachusetts.

In 2025, WIC’s major hockey rink tenants include the Worcester Railers Hockey Club (ECHL, practice facility), Worcester State University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Worcester Academy, St. Peter-Marian, Assumption University, Worcester Jr. Railers (USPHL), Boston Jr. Rangers (USPHL), and the Junior Railers Youth Hockey Club. Remaining ice time supports youth hockey, figure skating, learn-to-skate programs, sports camps, training sessions, public skating, and adult league play.

The facility features over 10,000 square feet of two-story concessions and lobby space, where players and visitors can enjoy food and beverages at Bay State Brewing Company, Infused Cafe, during games, practices, and events. Additional amenities include Bando Performance strength training, the on-site ProfilersEdge Pro Shop offers essential hockey gear, and ample parking that supports nearby attractions.

Our Rinks

WIC features two NHL sized (85 x 200') ice sheets with overhead bleachers to get a unique viewing of the game as well as standing room around the glass!

The condition of our ice is unsurpassed. We challenge you to find a better ice surface anywhere!
